Cocktails We Crave: Blackberry Mojito from Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa

Ready for summer? Now that Memorial Day has passed, it’s time to start celebrating the season of sun. Of course one of the best ways to prepare is indulging in some cool cocktails and classic seasonal foods – like seafood! At Pointe Restaurant and Wine Bar, an enticing on-site amenity of Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa in Provincetown, MA, visitors and locals alike enjoy the ocean to grill and garden to table goodness that provides them with a relaxing and rejuvenating fine dining experience.

“At the restaurant, lobster is one of our specialties. If you visit, you can’t miss the tank full of them in the restaurant lobby,” reveals Sean Orsmond for Pointe Restaurant and Wine Bar. “Needless to say, we don’t mess around. In fact, we are one of two spots in Provincetown where you can get freshly steamed local lobster – and the only place where you can enjoy it along with our award-winning wine list designed to complement the dish. For guests looking for a taste of this Cape Cod specialty, they have come to the right place.”

The bar also provides an inspired fusion of Old World hotel elegance with a unique contemporary energy, making it an ideal spot for special cocktails and great conversations. Though this recipe for the Blackberry Mojito is best enjoyed there amid the breathtaking views of the Provincetown Monument and Provincetown Harbor, we’ve included it here for those who want to create this yummy concoction at home.
